BMW X5 parked at golden hour before a mobile service visit
How It Works

From a Text to a Fixed Car.

Three steps, and most of it happens on your phone. Here's exactly what to expect from the first message to the finished work in your driveway.

01
Step 01 — Send the details

Tell us about your BMW

Year, model, where you're parked and what the car is doing. Photos are genuinely the fastest route — a picture of a warning light or a worn brake disc often tells the whole story before anyone drives out.

  • Year and model
  • Where it's parked
  • What it's doing — or what you'd like done

Takes about a minute. No account, no forms to sign up for.

02
Step 02 — Get a clear quote

A straight answer, in writing

John texts you back with a price range and what it covers. No service-writer upsell, no mystery pricing, and no pressure to approve anything on the spot. If diagnostics are needed before a firm number exists, you'll be told that plainly rather than quoted blind.

  • A price range and what it covers
  • Whether a diagnostic needs to come first
  • The soonest day that works for you

Usually the same day.

03
Step 03 — Book the visit

Pick a day that suits you

Once you're happy with the quote, you agree a time. Parts are confirmed against your chassis beforehand so the job actually completes in one visit rather than stalling halfway through.

  • The work, at your address
  • Old parts shown to you afterward
  • Any next-step recommendations, in writing

Home, office or wherever it's parked.

Why Step Two Is a Range, Not a Number

Brake work is the clearest example. Replacing pads and rotors is a known job with a known price. But if a caliper is seized, or a warning light points at something upstream, doing the brakes without diagnosing that first would be a disservice — and quoting it blind would be dishonest.

So some jobs genuinely need a diagnostic before a firm figure exists. When that's the case, you'll be told before anything is booked, and nothing proceeds without your approval.

What Changes When Nobody Drives Away

Fully equipped

Tools, diagnostics and parts arrive with the visit — nothing depends on your garage.

Common Questions

Before You Send That Text

What if I don't know what's wrong with it?

That's the normal case. Describe what you're hearing, seeing or feeling, and send a photo of any warning light. A diagnostic visit is often the right first step, and you'll be told that up front rather than being handed a guess.

Is the quote a firm price?

It's a range until the car has been looked at — because a brake job with a seized caliper or an upstream fault is genuinely a different job. Where a firm number is possible from your description, that's what you'll get. Where it isn't, John will say so.

Do I need to be there?

Not necessarily. Plenty of owners leave the car in the driveway or office lot and get updates by text. If you'd rather be present to talk through what's being done, that's welcome too.

What areas do you cover?

All of Orange County — including Yorba Linda, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, San Clemente, Dana Point and Laguna Niguel. Not sure about your street? Send a text and ask; it's a quick answer.

How do I pay?

Nothing is collected on this website and no card details are ever taken online. Payment is settled directly with John once the work is done.

That's The Whole Process.

One message starts it. John handles the rest — brakes, maintenance or a full detail, at your address.
